Welcome to the 46th Annual Congress of the Hong Kong Orthopaedic Association

 

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 46th Annual Congress of the Hong Kong Orthopaedic Association. This year, we gather on 31 October to 1 November 2026 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre – a truly special occasion to come together, share insights, and reconnect with one another.

 

Our theme for 2026 is “The Rapid Recovery Revolution: Optimising the Fast Track to Function.” Across all orthopaedic subspecialties, our shared goal is to restore function and quality of life as safely and efficiently as possible. This year’s programme takes a holistic view of the entire perioperative journey – from preoperative optimisation to enhanced recovery protocols and ongoing rehabilitation. 

 

The congress also offers a welcoming space to reconnect with old colleagues, meet new friends, and exchange ideas. This year, for the first time ever, we have invited our friends from the Royal College of Orthopaedic Surgeons of Thailand (RCOST) as our guest society.
